백준 1927번 최소 힙 (JAVA)

1927번: 최소 힙

저는 우선 순위 큐를 통해 해당 문제를 해결하였습니다. 처음에 우선순위 큐가 비어있는지를 확인하지 않아 틀렸었습니다.
